At TLDR the shop, we want you to love your tech; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your electronics in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must include original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, ensuring it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
